    Speech Pathology focusses on assessing and treating communication difficulties, including speeh, language, fluency, and literacy skills.
  • Do I need a referral?
    No, you are welcome register your child for our services.
  • Where do you offer sessions?
    At So to speak we know how important it is for your child to feel comfortable so that he/she can optimise session outcomes. That is why we are a fully mobile service and can come to you either at home, the community or can arrange for school visits.
  • Does bilingualism cause speech delays?
    No, bilingualism does not cause speech delays. Many studies have shown that being bilingual does not lead to speech delays and can actually have positive effects on language development.
  • Is it best to "wait and see" if I feel my child's communication skills are delayed?
    No, it is not recommended to take a "wait and see" approach if you suspect your child's communication skills are delayed. Early intervention is key to helping children with speech and language delays. The earlier support begins, the better the outcomes tend to be.
  • Do you offer Telehealth services and do I need to be very tech savvy?
    Yes, we offer Telehealth services all over Australia. Our virtual sessions are engaging and effective. You do no need to be very tech savvy to use our Telehealth services, we will provide straightforward instructions and support to ensure a smooth and stress free experience
  • Is Telehealth effective at delivering Speech Pathology?
    Yes, research has found that teletherapy is proven to have the same outcomes as in-person therapy!
