What’s Included in Our Fees
Therapy at So To Speak is individualised and goal-driven. After the initial assessment, your therapist creates a targeted plan tailored to your child’s specific needs and developmental priorities.
We work collaboratively with families, providing practical strategies and personalised home activities to help extend learning beyond the clinic.
Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy standard session fees

50-minutes F2F + 10 minutes of non-F2F — $193.99
* LDC application fees, assessments and reporting are tailored to individual needs. Please contact us to discuss your child’s situation and receive a personalised fee estimate.
Funding options:
NDIS
We welcome: ✔ Self-Managed Participants ✔ Plan-Managed Participants The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) may provide funding for children with developmental delays, disabilities, or diagnosed conditions. Children under 7 years may also be eligible through the Early Childhood Approach pathway. Need more information? Contact our team and we'll happily guide you through the process.
MEDICARE
Medicare may help reduce the cost of Speech Pathology services for eligible children through specific referral pathways. The two most common Medicare funding options available for Speech Pathology are: Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans Medicare M10 Pathway Referrals Eligibility requirements, referral processes, and the number of rebated sessions available differ between these pathways. Please note that Medicare rebates do not cover the full cost of therapy sessions. Any gap payment remains the responsibility of the family. If you are unsure which pathway may be suitable for your child, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Depending on your level of extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate through your private health insurer. All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. An invoice will be provided for claiming purposes.
